A.L.C offers a U.S. Returns & Exchanges Policy for their customers. They accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of receipt in original condition and with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. However, there is a $10 restocking fee deducted from the return amount. Items purchased at a discount are Final Sale and cannot be returned. Handbag returns must include the original dust bag and any small attachments or accessories. Footwear returns must include the original dust bag and must be packaged in a separate shipping box with the actual footwear box inside. Swimwear returns must have tags still attached and any protective linings intact. A.L.C. gift cards are non-refundable. The return process is convenient and easy, with customers needing to initiate the process by clicking on the provided link and following the instructions. Once the return has been received and processed, the customer will be notified via email.
