Amora Coffee's Shipping Policy

Amora Coffee processes all orders within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customers will receive a notification when their order has shipped. During holiday sales, normal order times may be delayed by up to 5 business days due to high volume. Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the shipping option selected. Options include Economy, which takes 5 to 8 business days, UPS Ground which takes 2 to 7 business days, and UPS 2 Day Air which takes 2 business days. In-store pickup is also available for free. International shipping is offered with USPS, but customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes. PO Boxes are not available for flat rate or free shipping options.

Amora Coffee's Return Policy

Amora Coffee has a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. The customer must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that cannot be returned include sale items and gift cards, as well as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If the return is accepted, the company will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. The customer must contact mail@sbcoffee.com to start the return process and receive shipping instructions. The company will notify the customer of the approval of the refund and will automatically refund the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, the customer should contact customer service at mail@sbcoffee.com.
