The cotton fabrics we use are certified organic, and made by women's cooperatives in Turkey. Many of the women are refugees from Syria, where war has taken away their livelihoods.

Bebemoss offers shipping worldwide and shipped within 1-3 business days and up to one week for made to order items after payment is received. For USA orders, shipping is done via USPS with a flat rate of $4.95, and orders over $150 ship free with an ETA delivery of 3-6 days. Customers can opt for 2-day delivery for $28 or overnight for $50. International shipping is done via DHL Express with a flat rate of $19, and delivery time to European destinations is normally 1 to 2 business days and about 2 to 4 business days to most other destinations. For items shipped to Turkey, Yurtiçi Kargo or PTT Kargo is used, and delivery times vary upon destination from 1-4 business days free of charge.
Bebemoss offers a return policy for their products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return by emailing iza@bebemoss.com. You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the item, which must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 8 working days and credited back to the original form of payment. There are no explicit restrictions on returns, but it is recommended to contact customer service for any questions or concerns.
