Drop of Mindfulness offers shipping services from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer's email address. Upon confirmation, a receipt email will be sent. When the package arrives at the nearest delivery point, the customer will receive an SMS or email notification.
For international orders, Drop of Mindfulness uses UPS as the shipping provider. The shipping fee for EU countries is 79 SEK for UPS Express Saver. In Finland, Belgium, Denmark, and the Netherlands, customers also have the option of using Budbee for home delivery or Budbee Box, both priced at 49 SEK.
For shipping outside the EU, the shipping fee is 200 SEK for UPS Express Saver. Deliveries to Norway and the UK have specific shipping fees of 100 SEK for UPS Express Saver. It is important to note that the UK border control may charge customs fees and VAT on products imported from Sweden.
Deliveries to Norway are managed by DDP, meaning that Drop of Mindfulness covers all costs for import duties, customs, and VAT.
