Droplet's Shipping Policy

Droplet is a brand that ships to anywhere in the USA. They use USPS Priority Mail to ship orders which typically takes 1-3 days to deliver, but due to recent USPS changes, there may be delays. If a package has not been delivered after 14 days, customers are advised to contact Droplet. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, and all orders received before 8AM PST are shipped same-day via preferred carriers. Subscriptions are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on a weekend, or during a holiday will be processed on the next business day and will be subject to normal shipping timelines from that point forward.

Droplet's Return Policy

Droplet, a consumable product brand, does not accept returns due to the nature of their product. However, they do offer refunds or replacements if the product was mishandled, delivered in bad shape, or mistakenly delivered to the wrong address.
