Their lightning bolt moment came when they first tasted the fresh and authentic tequila that they now produce. Elrayo Tequila offers shipping to most countries, with UK mainland shipping costing £3.95 and European shipping costing £14.95. Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday within the UK aim to be delivered within 1-3 working days from dispatch, while international delivery can take between 5-10 working days from dispatch. The brand offers free shipping on orders over £69.90 for UK orders only. Customers outside the EU should note that prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import duties, which may be due upon delivery.
Elrayo Tequila's return policy allows for refunds or exchanges of faulty or damaged goods within a 30-day period from receipt. Only unopened products can be refunded under the Consumer Contract Regulations, which have a 14-day cancellation policy. Refunds and replacements can only be issued for items purchased directly through their website. Opened bottles and items purchased via third-party sellers or on sale cannot be refunded.
