Ergatta offers easy self-assembly for their rowers, which are shipped out 5-10 days after purchase. The rower comes in three boxes and may require a signature upon delivery. Opting for self-assembly does not affect the warranty. The upgrade package is shipped within 2-3 weeks via USPS and costs $199. Ergatta ships to the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. For international orders, customers must purchase from the respective country's website. Shipping outside of these countries is not supported and voids the warranty. Expedited shipping is not available, and orders are assigned an estimated shipping week based on the purchase date.
Ergatta offers a 30-day return policy for their products. To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original condition. If the item is returned with missing or damaged parts, an additional restocking fee may be charged. Ergatta rower returns are picked up from the customer's home by a technician for free, and no boxes or labels are necessary.
