Ferm Living offers domestic shipping to three zones within the US, with Zone 1 and 2 covering the majority of states and Zone 3 covering Hawaii and Alaska. Standard shipping costs from $20 for Zone 1, $25 for Zone 2, and $30 for Zone 3, with free shipping for orders over $160 for Zones 1 and 2. Priority and 48 Hour delivery times and costs are also available. For larger orders such as furniture, they will be sent via a special courier and the customer will be contacted prior to delivery. Tracking numbers are sent to the customer's registered email and they can follow their order online. International shipping is also available, with costs varying depending on the location, number of items, and volume of the order.
Ferm Living offers a 30-day return policy for items aside from made-to-order or final sale items. Customers can return items within 30 days of delivery by contacting customer service and repackaging the goods carefully. The customer must pay for the shipping costs, which are usually $30-60. Once the return is received and processed, a full refund including the shipping fees for standard shipping will be issued.
