Gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items, and sales made outside of the U.S. are also non-returnable. To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item and shipping costs are non-refundable. Hi! does not guarantee that they will receive the returned item and recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. If approved, refunds will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same item. Gifted items can be returned for a gift credit or refunded to the gift giver.
