Hungry Root's Shipping Policy

Hungryroot offers free shipping for orders over $70 within the 48 contiguous United States. For orders below $70, shipping is $7. At this time, Hungryroot does not offer international shipping. Shipping is fast and completed in a few days to preserve freshness. The food is packaged in insulated boxes, but customers have reported that the food quality can be damaged from inadequate packaging. Hungry Root's Return Policy

Hungryroot does not accept returns, but they have a refund policy within 30 days of delivery date. Refunds take 10-15 business days to process and are granted on a case-by-case basis. Store credit can also be issued at the discretion of a Customer Experience Team Member, but it will expire after 90 days and will be forfeited if the subscription is cancelled. Returns are not accepted for items that cannot be returned.
