Liewood is currently not shipping orders to the USA or Canada but will resume sales at a later date. Orders delivered to EU countries are following the rules of the VAT One Stop Shop scheme. VAT will not be collected for orders delivered outside of the EU, and customers will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving their order. LIEWOOD A/S cannot accept liability for these fees, and the refusal to pay them will cause a full cancellation of the order. Import fees for orders received in the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland will be covered by LIEWOOD A/S. The brand does not offer free shipping or shipping deals for purchases over a certain price at this time. Liewood does not re-send orders from their warehouse, and customers will have to place a new order if their original order is cancelled.
Liewood accepts returns within 30 days of receiving an order, but does not offer free returns. Customers must carefully pack all items in their original, unused condition and include a return form with their full name and order number. The package must be sent to the company's warehouse with proof of purchase and a tracking number, using a business delivery option such as GLS or UPS. If items are not returned in their original condition, a deduction may be made in the refund.
