Orbit Key ships North America and Canada orders from their Utah warehouse, with packing and processing taking 1-2 business days. Depending on stock availability, orders may be shipped from the most suitable fulfillment center closest to the customer. Shipping time can take up to 30 days, with standard shipping via First Class UPS for the USA and AppleExpress, CanPar, and Canada Post for Canada. Express shipping is only available within Australia and the UK, with delivery taking between 1-3 working days. Free shipping is available for orders above US$50, with a shipping fee of $9.90 for orders below that amount. Taxes and duties are already included in the RRP for Canada orders.
Orbit Key offers a two-year warranty on their products, and if any issues arise, customers can send an image or video of the product along with a detailed explanation to receive assistance. To initiate a return, customers must include their order ID/proof of purchase and product batch code in an email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase, but the customer is responsible for return postage costs, which will be deducted from the refund. Refund requests are processed after receiving the returned item(s), which can take 10-30 days. Pre-ordered or back-ordered items may also be returned within 30 days of receipt. The company does not refund any shipping fees, and items shipped without an RMA may not be accepted for return.
