Our New Routine offers free shipping on all orders. For customers in Sweden, standard shipping is provided by Postnord and takes 1-2 business days for delivery. Once the package is ready to be collected at the local delivery point, a delivery notification will be sent via text message or email. To easily track the order, customers can download the Postnord app. Unfortunately, there is no information available about international shipping at this time.
Our New Routine offers a hassle-free return policy for their customers. If for any reason you would like to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To start the return process, simply send an email to info@ournewroutine.com and mark the subject line with "Return and your order number". The customer service team will then provide you with a prepaid return label that you must print and attach to your package. Please note that all items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
