Solo Stove's Shipping Policy

Solo Stove offers free standard shipping on select orders in the United States (excluding PO Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii) with a purchase of $99 or more. Expedited shipping options are available at additional rates for 2-Day and Next Day shipping. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days, and tracking information may take 1-3 days to become available. Customized orders may take an additional 1-2 weeks. Orders shipped within the lower 48 states are estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days, while orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take 1-2 weeks. International orders are estimated to arrive in 1-3 weeks, and fees are calculated at checkout. All international orders are final. Deliveries to PO Boxes are estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days, and fees are calculated at checkout. Solo Stove is not responsible for failures or delays due to circumstances outside of their control.

Solo Stove's Return Policy

Solo Stove offers a hassle-free return policy for customers who are not 100% satisfied with their purchase. Customers can return their order within 30 days of when the order was shipped for a full refund back to the original payment method. The company provides a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). However, customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return, and all international orders are final. Returns are only accepted for products purchased from solostove.com, and not from 3rd party distributors. After 30 days, if the product has not been burned or used, the company will offer store credit only, and customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 30 days. Custom etching orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Solo Stove processes returns promptly, and customers can expect a full refund within a reasonable time frame.
