For domestic orders, Summersalt ships via DHL or USPS Ground, which takes 3-5 business days, or FedEx Next Day or 2-Day, which takes 1-2 business days. Orders of $95 and above are eligible for free 2-day shipping. For international orders, Summersalt ships via Express International Shipping which takes 3-6 business days for delivery. Taxes, duties, customs fees, etc. will be applied to the order total at checkout, and international orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Summersalt offers US customers free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and with the exception of underwear, bralettes, face coverings (masks), towels, and custom orders which are final sale. To initiate a return, customers must go to the return portal on the brand website, print out the prepaid return label, attach it to the package, and drop it into the mailbox or drop off at a local USPS location. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1-2 weeks after the returned item is received. For international orders, customers must go to the global returns portal and follow the same steps, except the part about USPS. The return shipping fee for international orders is $20 and will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping fees, customs fees, duties, etc., are non-refundable.
