Sunflow Beach Chair offers free ground shipping to the continental US for orders over $150 and free shipping for their chair and beach bundle to Australia. For orders under $150, there is a small fee for US territories including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping within the continental US takes between 3-5 business days, while shipping to Australia can take up to 10 business days. Customers living outside of the US and Australia can contact Sunflow at [email protected] to inquire about international shipping.
Sunflow Beach Chair has a 14-day return policy from the day of delivery, allowing customers to return unused items with original tags and in the original packaging for a full refund. To start the return process, customers must reach out to Sunflow for a return authorization number through their returns portal. Customers have the option to pay for return shipping, or ask Sunflow for a return label for a fee. Returns outside the contiguous US are the customer's responsibility. Items sold by third parties are not eligible for return. It takes Sunflow up to 7 business days to process a return.
