Winepost's Shipping Policy

Winepost ships once a week, every week, with deliveries normally taking place on Fridays. Customers receive an email with a tracking link as soon as their wine is dispatched. Parcelforce or Packfleet are used for the majority of deliveries and the courier will email or text customers on the day of delivery with an estimated time of arrival and redelivery options if needed. Delivery is included in all subscriptions and gifts. Customers can choose from deliveries every one or two months, of either 3, 6 or 12 bottles each time. Upgrading to Parcelforce delivery is an option for a small extra charge.

Winepost's Return Policy

Winepost offers a hassle-free return policy for their wines. Customers can return their wine within three months of it arriving for a full refund, no questions asked. To initiate the return process, customers must contact Winepost for instructions on how to safely and securely return the wine. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs and are recommended to use a trackable service and purchase insurance to prevent breakage during transit. Once Winepost receives the returned wine, they will process the refund, which may take up to a week to show on the customer's bank statement.
