Bukvy offers free shipping within Europe, US, and Canada on all orders over 150 euros. In Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, shipping is done through Postnord and is free for purchases over 150 euros. For purchases under this amount, the shipping cost is 8 euros, and the delivery time is 2-4 days. In the rest of Europe, including Norway, shipping is free for orders over 150 euros. For purchases under this amount, the shipping cost is 15 euros, and the delivery time is also 2-4 days. Please note that customs fees apply in Norway, as it is outside the EU. In the US and Canada, free shipping is offered for orders over 150 euros. For purchases under this amount, the shipping cost is 25 euros, and the delivery time is 3-6 days. For the rest of the world, the shipping fee is 50 euros, and the delivery time is 3-7 days. It is important to note that there is no shipping to Russia. Customers are notified of their order's progress through a confirmation email with a tracking link. However, Bukvy cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Bukvy has a return policy that allows customers to make returns and exchanges within 14 days of their delivery. To initiate a return, customers must send an email to care@bukvybag.com with their order number in the subject line. The product being returned must be in the same condition as received and should be returned in the same or similar packaging to avoid damage during shipping. Once the item is received and verified to be in good condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Additionally, there is a deduction of 10 EUR/CHF/USD on all returns, which is subtracted from the refund amount.
