Tribe's Shipping Policy

Tribe offers shipping to any UK address that the Royal Mail will deliver to. The TRIBE Pack is designed to fit through your letterbox and should arrive within 3-4 working days of placing your order. However, for subscription orders, the delivery is untrackable but should still arrive within the same time frame. For Booster Pack orders, Royal Mail and DPD services are tracked, and customers can specify at checkout for the package to be left in a safe place at the delivery address. Next day shipping is available for UK orders placed by 2 pm using DPD delivery service. Tribe also delivers to 61 countries in Europe using a tracked service with ParcelForce, which takes 3-5 working days depending on the destination. However, the brand does not cover the cost of potential customs charges that might occur from international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer. Currently, the brand only ships subscription orders to UK addresses.

Tribe's Return Policy
