Agua Bendita has a return policy that allows customers to exchange or return items within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received, including all parts, accessories, and labels attached. The items must be unwashed, unstained, undamaged, and unused. If items have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way, Agua Bendita reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange.

Currently, Agua Bendita does not offer exchanges. However, customers can choose to return their items for store credit or a refund. The customer is responsible for the expenses incurred in the return transport logistics to Agua Bendita facilities and is recommended to use a traceable carrier.

To initiate a return, customers need to email Agua Bendita's customer care team at customercare@aguabendita.com.co and provide their name, order number, tracking number, and the carrier used for the return. Once the return is received and inspected, a notification email will be sent to the customer to inform them if their request has been approved or rejected for a refund.

If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days and will be applied to the original method of payment. Refunds can also be issued as store credit (valid for 6 months) or directly to the payment method. Agua Bendita may agree to refund to a PayPal account or their stripe account if the original payment method is no longer available.

There are specific cases in which refunds will be issued, including returned items within 30 calendar days of receipt, defective items within 30 calendar days of receipt, unavailable inventory within 5 business days of placing the order, and cancelled orders within 5 business days of the customer's request for cancellation. In the case of incomplete orders shipped, refunds can be requested within 5 business days of the customer informing Agua Bendita about the issue.
