Art of Ping Pong offers worldwide shipping for their products. Shipping prices are stated as accurately as possible, but may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for checking the dimensions of their delivery address to ensure that the product can be successfully delivered. Standard delivery is a one-man doorstep delivery, but special requirements may require an additional fee. International shipping may be subject to import taxes and admin fees, which the customer is responsible for covering. Unfortunately, Art of Ping Pong is unable to cover these costs. If charges are refused, the customer may be liable to pay for them, plus the cost of shipping.
Art of Ping Pong allows customers to return goods within 14 working days of delivery, except for made-to-order products. To initiate a return, customers must notify the company by email and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, refunds will be credited for the item cost only, excluding delivery fees. Returns must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. The company does not accept returns or refunds for natural variations in their high-quality wood products. If an item is damaged in transit or faulty, the company will repair or replace it, but returns are at the customer's expense. Sale items cannot be refunded. Customers should ensure their returned items are properly protected and insured, as any damage in transit will be at their own risk.
