DTCetc’s Take

About Vivobarefoot

Vivobarefoot was founded in 2012 by Galahad and Asher Clark, seventh-generation cobblers. The brand's philosophy is based on the belief that barefoot footwear is regenerative to human health and that the closer people are to nature, the more they will protect it. Vivo Barefoot offers a range of footwear designed to be wide, thin, and flexible, allowing for natural strength and movement. Their products use natural, biosynthetic, and recycled materials and have a super minimalist design. The brand also offers experiences and events to embrace the barefoot life and learn about regenerative and indigenous design principles. Vivo Barefoot is committed to sustainability and is a B Corporation(™) Certified business for good.

Vivobarefoot's Shipping Policy

Vivo Barefoot offers two shipping options for customers in the UK. Tracked service with Royal Mail takes 3-5 working days and costs £7, but is free for orders over £120. Express shipping is also available for £10 and takes 1-2 working days, but orders must be placed by 2pm. Customers outside the UK and EU should expect to pay duties and taxes upon delivery, which may be prepaid at checkout for selected countries. Delivery partners are experiencing minor delays in some regions, but the brand is still shipping parcels globally. However, timeframes may be subject to short notice changes if a country's situation changes.

Vivobarefoot's Return Policy

Vivo Barefoot offers a 100-day return policy for their footwear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 100 days of purchase. The return process is hassle-free, and no questions will be asked. If you purchased your VIVO’s from an independent store or website, please contact them directly for their return policy. To initiate a return, customers must visit the online returns portal and follow the instructions provided. Unfortunately, Vivo Barefoot does not offer exchanges for size or style, and customers will need to create a new order if they wish to purchase a different size or style.
