Artifox's Shipping Policy

Artifox has a straightforward shipping policy for domestic orders. Customers can return an item within 30 days by emailing their order number and specific product details. Artifox will provide a return shipping label, and customers must repackage the products as they were received, covering up the old shipping label and applying the return label. The package can then be dropped off at any FedEx location. Once the product is received in good condition, customers will be refunded, minus the shipping cost. It is important to note that oversized artifacts like Tables require the pallet and original packaging for returns. Unfortunately, all international sales are final. Artifox ships most of their products via FedEx Ground, and the shipping time varies depending on the customer's location. In-stock items typically take about 1 week to process and be picked up by FedEx. Customers can track their orders using the FedEx tracking information provided by Artifox. In case of any shipping damage, customers can email pictures and descriptions of the product and box damage, and Artifox will assist in resolving the situation. Artifox's Return Policy

Artifox has a comprehensive return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you wish to return your Artifox product, you must notify the company within 10 days of delivery by sending an email to info@theartifox.com. Once your return is approved, Artifox will provide you with a return shipping label. The product must be returned within 30 days of receiving the return shipping label. It is important to ship the product back in its original box, with all original protective internal packaging intact, and in its original condition. Upon receipt of the returned product, Artifox will refund the purchase price of the item, excluding the original shipping and handling cost. The refund will also deduct the cost of return shipping and handling, as well as a restocking fee for any damaged product. If the returned product is damaged, missing parts, or packaging, Artifox reserves the right to deduct the replacement cost from the refund. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are canceled within 24 hours of the final order submission.
