Butter Goods operates three web stores: Global, USA, and UK. The Global store offers free shipping Australia-wide on all orders and free international shipping for orders over $150 AUD. For international orders under $150 AUD, there is a $20 AUD shipping fee. The USA store calculates shipping costs upon checkout and ships from the US, charging in US Dollars (USD). The UK store has a flat rate of £7.21 for next day shipping on all orders and only ships within the UK, charging in Great British Pounds (GBP). All items from each store ship from their respective regions. It is important to note that the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or fees levied by the destination country when ordering from Butter Goods. The brand cannot guarantee same-day shipping due to being a small, independently owned company.

Butter Goods's Return Policy

Butter Goods offers free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of placing the order. However, international customers are required to pay for the return shipping. To lodge a return, customers must enter their full order number and receive a return authorization prior to sending any goods. The returned item must be in perfect, original condition and received by Butter Goods within 15 days of return authorization.
