However, customers from Portugal, Italy, Finland, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, and the Czech Republic will have to pay for return shipping. The delivery time depends on the product ordered and the prescription, with non-prescription and low prescription glasses being delivered within 1-5 business days, while high prescription glasses take longer, up to 8-14 business days. Ace & Tate Contacts are shipped within 1-5 business days, and gift cards are delivered digitally. If a delivery is missed, the order will be sent to a local pick-up point, and if not collected within the designated time, it will be returned to Ace & Tate.
