Afends's Shipping Policy

Afends offers free shipping for orders over $150 USD in the United States and the rest of the world. For orders under $150 USD, there is a shipping fee of $20 in the US and $40 for the rest of the world. In Canada, orders over $150 CAD also receive free shipping, while orders under $150 CAD have a shipping fee of $20. In Japan, free shipping is available for orders over ¥13,000, and a shipping fee of ¥2,000 applies to orders under that amount. It takes 2-4 business days for US orders to arrive, 12 business days for Canadian orders, and 3-5 business days for Japanese orders. Unfortunately, Afends is unable to deliver to certain countries such as Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Indonesia, Dutch Caribbean, French Caribbean, Réunion, Guam, or Channel Islands. During busy sale periods, it may take up to 1 week to dispatch orders.

Afends's Return Policy

Afends has a strict return policy that requires all items to be returned in unworn and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. The products must be free from any makeup, animal hair, or scents, including deodorant, perfume, or washing powder. Swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact. Unfortunately, intimates and underwear cannot be returned. If the items do not meet these requirements, the return request will be denied. Customers can return full-price items through the online store credit option via the returns portal. The credit notes are valid for 12 months and will be issued as an online gift card. The return shipping via store credits is currently available only to specific regions. If a customer receives a faulty or incorrect item, they can return it free of charge. Afends reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing, and if an item is deemed to have manufacturer damage/fault, the customer will be offered a replacement item or a refund/gift certificate.
