Corkcicle offers various shipping options through UPS and USPS for domestic orders. Free UPS SurePost and USPS Standard shipping are available for orders over $49, while free UPS Ground shipping is offered for orders over $100. However, the Chillpod does not qualify for free shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen, and items may arrive in multiple shipments. International shipping is also available to over 200 countries, with customers able to select their country and currency on the Corkcicle website. International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.

CORKCICLE.'s Return Policy

Corkcicle offers free returns for items purchased on their website within 30 days of purchase for new, unused products in their original packaging. International customers will need to pay for shipping the product back to Corkcicle. Exchanges are not available at this time. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper care, or abuse will not be replaced. However, items damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect are eligible for replacement.
