About EBTH

Founded by Jacquie Denny and Brian Graves in 2008, EBTH is an online marketplace for estate sales and antique enthusiasts. The company's mission is to change the way pre-owned goods are discovered and provide an unparalleled level of service in the industry. With a focus on bringing estate sales online, EBTH has developed a powerful platform that makes shopping and selling pre-owned items easier and more accessible to a broader audience. The company offers a full suite of easy-to-use technology with a full-service approach to consignment, revolutionizing how homeowners, estate managers, dealers and collectors connect with a world of shoppers seeking rare and wonderful things. With every item starting at just $1, EBTH.com is a thrilling destination to find Everything Uncommon, inviting everyone to browse, bid, and discover something truly unique.

Who Shops At EBTH

EBTH is a go-to platform for estate sale enthusiasts, antique lovers, and collectors who enjoy discovering unique and rare items online. The website offers an exciting shopping experience for those who appreciate the convenience of online estate sales and are interested in connecting with a community of like-minded shoppers.

What customers love about EBTH

Here's what shoppers have to say:
  • EBTH is the best place to sell or buy items, according to a satisfied seller and buyer.
  • The company is successful because the seller pays, and the buyer doesn't, making it critical to understand in a time of liquidation.
  • EBTH reinvented the auction process, offering features like pinch and zoom and no 20-35% buyer's premium.
Cons
  • Poor customer service experience
  • Shipping delays and issues with delivery
  • Inadequate packaging resulting in damaged items
  • Difficulty obtaining refunds or returns for damaged items

EBTH's Shipping Policy

EBTH offers shipping for most orders internationally, with rates varying depending on the item's value and size. However, furniture cannot be shipped internationally. Shipping quotes for international shipments are not provided until after the auction closes. If the shipping cost exceeds $175, a quote for the fulfillment cost will be generated for approval before processing shipping on the invoice. To request an international shipping quote, customers can email their invoice number and address to shipping@ebth.com. Shipping costs are determined by size, weight, distance, packaging, handling, and insurance. Shipping insurance is included in the shipping quote, and available shipping methods and costs are listed on the item detail page. EBTH cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Multiple items cannot be combined for shipment.

EBTH's Return Policy

EBTH allows returns in the event of material errors in the item description made by EBTH or the seller on the Services. The decision to accept a return is at the sole discretion of EBTH. There is no information available on the time limit to return an item or how long it takes for the company to process a return. Customers must follow the instructions provided by EBTH to return a purchased item. There are no explicit restrictions on returns, but it is important to note that not all items may be eligible for return.
