goop's Shipping Policy

Goop offers shipping to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. The standard shipping cost for orders less than $75 before taxes and shipping is $6.95 and is free for all orders of $75 or more before taxes and shipping. Expedited shipping is also available for $15 for UPS 2nd Day Air and $25 for UPS Next Day Air. Orders placed weekdays before 11 a.m. PT/2 p.m. ET will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PT/2 p.m. ET or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Shipping to PO Boxes/APO/FPO is available by ground only, and expedited shipping to these addresses will be downgraded to ground. Goop also ships to Canada for a flat rate of CAD $20 with expedited shipping. All shipments to Canada are delivered duty paid, and applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total. Goop is working on expanding its international presence, and non-US shipping eligibility is indicated on the item detail page. There is also a free shipping deal available for purchases over $150 for a limited time only.

goop's Return Policy

Goop offers a return policy for eligible items within 40 days of receipt. The items must be unopened/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund. If an item is open or used, the refund is at goop's discretion and may result in store credit. To initiate a return, customers in the US can go to returns.goop.com and print a pre-paid shipping label for a fee of $10. Canadian customers must contact customer service for a pre-paid return label for a fee of CAD $20. Skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance items that have been opened, tried or tested are subject to a refund in store credit. Intimate apparel, earrings, custom-made products, final sale merchandise, and products specified as non-returnable are not eligible for return. Late returns are not accepted.
