Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase and usually arrive within 5-8 business days. Refill shipments are determined by the original order date and desired refill frequency. Kencko is made in Europe and ships globally from their fulfillment center in Lisbon, Portugal, and from their partner facility in the US. They partner with suppliers and farmers that are USDA certified organic and/or hold European Union organic Certification. They also work exclusively with FDA compliant facilities that meet all FDA requirements.
