The delivery times for standard shipping vary depending on the destination, with Denmark having a 2 working day delivery time, the US, Australia, and the rest of the world having a delivery time of over 3 weeks, and the EU, UK, Sweden, and Norway having a delivery time of over 2 weeks. It is important to note that local customs clearance times can vary and may cause delays. For customers who prefer a faster and fully tracked shipping option, Pond Copenhagen offers UPS Express Shipping. The rates for this service are calculated at checkout. The delivery times for UPS Express Shipping are 1-3 working days for the US, Australia, and the rest of the world, and 1-5 working days for the EU, UK, Sweden, and Norway. In terms of taxes and duties, orders up to $800 in the United States are free of any import VAT or duties. For the EU and selected countries, including the European Union, Australia, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, taxes and duties are included in the final price and customers will not incur any extra charges. In the United Kingdom, sales VAT is included, and any import VAT or duties are also covered by Pond Copenhagen. For countries outside of the EU, customers may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving their package, as Pond Copenhagen ships these orders as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The exact cost of taxes and duties is imposed by the destination country and Pond Copenhagen does not cover these charges.

Pond Copenhagen's Return Policy

Pond Copenhagen offers a generous refund policy, allowing customers to return their purchases for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, customers must contact the company with their order number and reason for return. Once the return is registered, customers will receive a pre-paid return shipping label.
