Rtic's Shipping Policy
Rtic offers free shipping for orders over $35 to the lower 48 states via FedEx SmartPost or FedEx Ground, with most deliveries taking 1-3 business days. Orders below $35 will be charged a shipping fee, which is shown on the checkout page. Upgraded shipping options such as FedEx 2-Day Air or FedEx Overnight are available for an additional charge during checkout. Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST on a business day are shipped the same day, while orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. Rtic only ships to street addresses within the United States and does not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Military APO/FPO addresses. FedEx will make three attempts to deliver the package, and after the third attempt, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be processed for the items, less a 15% undeliverable fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed.
Rtic offers a 30-day return policy for most new, unopened items purchased directly from their website. Items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st. Returns for items with a retail value of $500 or more will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Personalized products and items sold by the case are final sale and cannot be returned. All returns, including warranty returns, must be processed through the Online Return Center. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for the return. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment, and most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after receiving and processing the return. All returned merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging. If a customer wants to exchange an item, they must return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the correct item. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original receipt date. Rtic does not accept returns on items purchased outside of their website or sold by third parties on Amazon. Any refused deliveries will be charged a return shipping fee equal to the greater of $10 or 15% of the order sales value.
