Smalls's Shipping Policy

Smalls offers free shipping within the continental United States for all orders. Orders are processed within 6 business days and customers are notified when their order has shipped. Delivery times vary depending on the day the order was placed, with orders placed Sunday through Wednesday shipping on Thursday and delivering by Saturday, and orders placed Wednesday through Sunday shipping on Tuesday and delivering by Thursday. Unfortunately, Smalls is not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time due to the need for dry ice to ensure freshness. The brand does not ship to P.O. boxes. If an order arrives damaged, customers can contact Smalls for a case-by-case resolution.

Smalls's Return Policy

Smalls does not accept returns at this time. Customers are encouraged to donate any unused food or share it with a fellow cat owner. The Cat Concierge team is available to assist with any questions or concerns regarding transitioning a cat to Smalls food. If an item arrives damaged or missing, customers should contact their Cat Concierge for assistance. If fresh food arrives warm, customers should also reach out to their Cat Concierge as soon as possible. Smalls does offer a Money Back Guarantee, and customers should refer to this policy to see if they qualify for a refund. All sales are final once a box has shipped, and changes or cancellations cannot be made after that time.
