Splendid Spoon's Shipping Policy

Splendid Spoon ships to 48 states in the US on Wednesdays and Fridays using four different couriers, including FedEX. All their shipping materials, from plastic bottles to the bowls and boxes, are 100% recyclable and without BPA. To ensure the meals arrive in a cool condition, they use ClimaCell and dry ice. If it arrives in a cool condition, then the meal can be eaten. Whether or not the customer needs to sign for the delivery depends on the courier. At this time, Splendid Spoon does not offer international shipping. There are no additional shipping costs or deals for purchases over a certain price.

Splendid Spoon's Return Policy

Splendid Spoon's return policy states that meals cannot be returned due to health safety reasons. If something is missing or wrong with the order, customers must email customer service at [email protected] within 14 days.
