The Arrivals's Shipping Policy

The Arrivals offers free ground shipping for all orders over $100 within the continental US. Orders are typically processed within 5 business days and shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method. Expedited 2-day shipping is available for an additional cost. International orders are considered final sale and will take approximately 5-14 business days to ship, depending on the destination. The brand ships to several countries outside of the US, with shipping costs calculated at checkout and orders shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The brand does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO.

The Arrivals's Return Policy

The Arrivals offers a 30-day try-on program for all items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order, and items must be unworn/unaltered with all original tags to be eligible for return. Non-exchange returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee per item. International orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchange. All items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange or site credit only. Final sale items are not eligible for the lifetime warranty. Shipping charges will not be refunded with the return or exchange. If a customer wishes to make an exchange, they will need to place a new order after their return is initiated. The company does not accept international returns.
