The Bouqs Co.'s Shipping Policy

The Bouqs Co. offers shipping to all 50 states in the US via FedEx, with limited shipping to Alaska. Bouqs created at their farms ship Tuesday through Saturday, while those created by their florists are delivered within their delivery range, typically 7 days of the week. Shipping is not available to Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses. Bouqs offers free shipping on orders placed through their Subscriptions, and a $15 shipping fee for registered customers, while guests will see a $25 delivery fee. Saturday delivery incurs an additional $12 charge. Certain Bouqs from their Same-Day options include a $25 service fee for expedited processing. The brand recommends sending sympathy arrangements to the home address of the family or to someone who can hand deliver them to the funeral. The Bouqs Co. cannot deliver to patients or staff in the ICU.

The Bouqs Co.'s Return Policy

The Bouqs Co. stands behind their product and experience, but due to the unpredictable nature of flowers, all sales are final. However, if the wrong item is delivered, the Bouq arrives in substandard condition, or if it was never delivered, customers may be eligible for compensation. To request compensation, customers must complete a customer service request form within 3 calendar days of the delivery date and attach a photo if the Bouq was substandard. Credits issued for replacement bouquets cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The Bouqs Co. does not take responsibility for orders with incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
