The Goulet Pen Company has a 60-day return policy, starting from the day the order was placed. Customers are requested to send returns back within 2 weeks of approval. There are no fees for returns, unless the return is missing components or requires processing and cleaning, in which case a fee not exceeding 10% of the refund amount may be imposed. Prepaid return labels are only provided for defective or damaged items. For non-defective or non-damaged returns, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. The company offers the option to choose between a Goulet Pens gift card or a refund to the original payment method. Gift cards are issued immediately after the return is processed, while refunds to the original payment method may take up to 10 business days. Returns from outside the US do not include prepaid return labels. The company does not accept preference-based returns for certain items, such as items from the Bottom Shelf, gift cards, ink samples, used notebooks, used inks, or individual items from package sets. Additionally, Namiki pens or Bespoke Sailor pens cannot be returned if they have been inked up. The company retains the right to deny any return for any reason.
