Domestic orders in the continental US over $40 qualify for free shipping. Purchases at lower prices are subject to delivery fees, which change depending on the destination. Outlying US territories pay a flat $15 delivery fee. Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation email and can expect their order to be processed within 1 business day, with delivery taking up to 5 business days. Yoto Player's Return Policy

Yoto Player has a 60-day return policy for items in new or good condition. To initiate a return, customers should email customer service to receive a shipping label and RAN code, package the item properly and send it off. Upon receipt, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days unless the item is slightly damaged or missing parts, in which case a partial refund will be issued. Products sent via the Yoto Club subscription cannot be returned, but can be replaced if faulty. If an item is defective due to faulty materials or craftsmanship, it can be returned within 2 years of purchase to be replaced or repaired, and Yoto will cover the shipping for US and Canadian addresses.
