Each order comes with pre-paid return shipping supplies for each kit and detailed return instructions. 23andMe offers a standard refund policy for its customers. To receive a refund for an unused kit, customers must notify the company within thirty days of placing their order and confirm that they have not yet shipped their saliva sample to the laboratory.
