Amara's Shipping Policy

Amara's Return Policy

Amara offers a return policy for damaged products only. Unfortunately, food products cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods with your order number, a description and photo of the damaged product, the condition of the product upon arrival, and the date and time the package was received. Once the information is received, we will issue credit for the damaged product. Note that cancellations or modifications to an order cannot be made once it has been shipped. Additionally, ad hoc purchases are final and cannot be returned. We do not have any information on how long it takes to process a return.
