Bark Box ships their boxes within the first two weeks of every month. For new customers within the 48 contiguous states, boxes are automatically processed and typically take 1-2 business days to ship and an additional 2-5 business days to arrive. Priority shipping is offered with a shipping timeframe of 1-3 business days. For Alaskan, Hawaiian, and Canadian pups, it typically takes 2-3 business days to ship and an additional 4-12 business days to arrive. Multiple product orders may be shipped separately with tracking numbers for each shipment. Bark Box offers free shipping for customers in the contiguous 48 states who add premium add-ons to their monthly subscription box. For Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories, shipping costs apply.

Barkbox's Return Policy

Bark Box does not process returns or exchanges for any complete BarkBox, Super Chewer box, or individual items. If something does not work for your dog, you may contact their Happy Team to make it right and ensure your pup is happy. They ask that any unwanted items be shared with a furry friend or donated to a favorite shelter. For BarkShop, products must be returned in original packaging without any missing tags or stickers to be considered unused. BarkLive Event tickets are transferable but non-refundable.
