Cool Haus's Shipping Policy

Cool Haus ships Monday through Thursday using UPS or FedEx. Packages are sent via Ground and arrive between one to three days from shipment date. If Ground can't ensure delivery within three days, shipment is automatically upgraded from Ground (at no cost to you). The brand's frozen shipments can’t be in transit over the weekend so they are not able to deliver your package on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday. The package will likely arrive Tuesday through Friday. Shipping is only available within the United States and the brand does not ship on holidays.
