De Lune's Shipping Policy

De Lune processes orders within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving the order confirmation email. Customers will receive a notification when the order has shipped, which will include a tracking number. Shipping charges for domestic orders are calculated and displayed at checkout. Unfortunately, De Lune does not currently offer international shipping.

De Lune's Return Policy

De Lune offers a refund policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. The company does not require customers to send the product back, but instead asks that any leftover product be shared with a friend who may benefit from it. The refund policy lasts for 60 days from the date of purchase, allowing customers to use De Lune for a full cycle. If a request is approved, the product cost (excluding shipping) will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
