Fabletics's Shipping Policy

Fabletics offers a shipping and returns policy for their customers. During high demand periods, there may be delays in receiving your items. Shipping and handling charges are based on your order subtotal amount, calculated after discounts and before sales tax. For orders over $49.95 in the 48 contiguous United States and Canada, shipping is free and takes 6-10 business days. For orders under $49.95, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95. Rush shipping is also available for an additional cost. For orders over $49.95, rush shipping costs $15.95 and takes 2-3 business days. However, rush shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APOs/FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, or Australia. It is important to note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO locations, or Australia may have longer transit times. Expedited shipping is currently not available for these locations. Customers can track their orders and find more details in the Order History tab within the My Account section.

Fabletics's Return Policy

Fabletics offers a hassle-free return policy for US and Canada orders within 90 days from the date of shipment. To initiate a return, customers can choose from several options. One option is to use Happy Returns by PayPal, which allows for box-free and printer-free returns. Customers can complete their return in their account, receive a QR code, and drop off their items at a Return Bar without packaging or a label. Another option is to return or exchange items in-store at any Fabletics store. Customers can also start a return via the shipping provider by completing the return in their account, printing a return label, and dropping off the items with the label at the indicated shipping provider. Accessories must be returned with all pieces included and intact, and apparel must be returned unworn with all tags still attached. Reward points associated with the purchase will be deducted from the customer's account if a refund is chosen. Items redeemed through the rewards program are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit only. It is important to note that some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. The return shipping and handling fee for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $9. Exchanges are not available in Australia, and orders can only be returned. Customized scrubs with embroidery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The company aims to process returns within 10 business days from the time the items are received at their warehouse.
