For orders shipping within the United States, Outdoor Voices offers Standard Shipping for $5, 2-Day Shipping for $20, and Next Day Shipping for $30. If you spend $75 or more, you will get free Standard Shipping. For orders shipping to Canada, Outdoor Voices offers Standard Shipping at a flat fee of $25. You can also upgrade to either 2-Day Shipping for $20 or Overnight Shipping for $30. Outdoor Voices's Return Policy

Outdoor Voices offers free returns for orders shipped to the United States that are not marked final sale. For orders shipped to Canada, Outdoor Voices only accepts returns on orders that don’t quite work out and there is a $25 flat fee that is deducted from the return when processed. Any duties and taxes paid will not be refunded. To return an item, customers must go to returns.outdoorvoices.com and enter their email. Outdoor Voices will send an email that links to the order history—next, select which items are being sent back and print a prepaid return label. All returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. Exchanges are not permitted for orders shipped to Canada, but customers can try a new colour/size for any style when selecting items that are being sent back. Outdoor Voices will ship the new colour/size right away. It typically takes Outdoor Voices up to 14 days to process a return. Final sale items cannot be returned.
