Flotte's Shipping Policy

Flotte offers free pick-up point delivery and standard home delivery for orders over €59 within France. They also provide 24-hour express delivery via TNT for €9.99 with signature, for orders placed before 12 noon. For Europe, standard delivery costs €10, while for DOM TOM, it costs €12. International standard delivery costs €25. Orders are prepared the same day, except for those placed after 4 p.m., which will be prepared the following day. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, with standard delivery taking 2-3 working days within France, 3-7 working days in Europe, and 9-14 working days for DOM TOM and international deliveries. Recipients of orders delivered abroad may be required to pay delivery and customs fees according to their country's legislation.

Flotte's Return Policy

Flotte offers a 14-day return or exchange policy for orders that do not meet customers' expectations or are not the correct size. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. In Europe, returns for exchanges are free, while return costs will be deducted from the refund. The refund is processed within 14 days. Return prices vary depending on the country. All returns must be made by post and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including tags. Worn, washed, or soiled items will not be accepted.
