If an on-demand order is placed for the same day, a third-party courier is used, and their fee is passed on to the customer. The brand is delivering across most of the UK from Tuesday to Saturday, but it is unable to deliver seven days a week due to courier network restrictions. Unfortunately, customers cannot choose a delivery time due to restrictions with the external courier partner, and most orders arrive before 2 pm on the selected delivery date. In some instances, the recipient's phone number will receive a text message when the driver is on their way. On rare occasions, the courier partner may experience delays, and the order may arrive the day after the selected date.
