In addition to ground shipping, Hast also provides Expedited and Priority shipping options for an extra cost. Hast's Return Policy

Hast offers a hassle-free 30-day return and refund policy for all of their knives. If a customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase, they can receive a full refund within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of gift cards which are non-refundable. To be eligible for a refund, the knife must be returned in its original packaging and include all accessories. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of submission. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment used during purchase. It is important to note that Hast reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return is damaged due to misuse or negligence. Additionally, there may be a restocking and repacking fee of up to 25% for returns of any knife set. It takes approximately 5-7 days for Hast to process a return and issue a refund.
