Whole Latte Love's Shipping Policy

Whole Latte Love offers a flexible shipping policy, reserving the right to choose the appropriate method and carrier for each shipment. Most domestic and international orders are shipped via UPS, with oversized shipments or those requiring special handling delivered by other carriers. Orders over $1,000.00 and those shipped via expedited shipping methods require a signature upon delivery. Free standard shipping is offered on all retail orders over $50.00 shipping to destinations in the Contiguous United States, excluding orders containing commercial products. Starter kits and accessories may be shipped separately from espresso machines and grinders, and different shipping methods may be used for each package. Shipping to PO boxes is limited to items weighing under 1lb, with all other items requiring a valid street address via UPS. Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may require additional processing time and certain products may not be shippable due to USPS size and weight restrictions.

Whole Latte Love's Return Policy

Whole Latte Love offers a return policy for eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Unopened and unused accessories, new or lightly used espresso machines, coffee makers, and coffee grinders qualify for return. However, parts, opened or used accessories, and items classified as 'Commercial' or for commercial-use are not returnable. Coffee and grocery items are also non-returnable for health and safety reasons. If an item is eligible for return, customers must contact Whole Latte Love for authorization and follow the instructions provided in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email. Returned items must be in their original packaging, clean and dry, and not functionally or cosmetically damaged. Customers are responsible for return postage and are encouraged to use traceable shipping methods. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for any returned items, and a 15% restocking fee for Canadian orders. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take some time to appear. Whole Latte Love does not accept returns for orders outside of their return window.
