Veark's Shipping Policy

Veark offers worldwide shipping, with very few exceptions. Standard shipping is free for orders over 700 kr. (approximately 100€/$120 USD) after promotions. Orders take 1 to 2 business days to process before being shipped with UPS. Customers will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once their package is on its way. Please note that all payments will be charged in DKK.

Veark's Return Policy

Veark offers a 100-day trial period for all their knives purchased directly on their website. Customers have the option to return or exchange their knife within 100 days of purchase if it is not the right fit for them. Return shipping is free, and refunds are processed automatically within a certain amount of days. Please note that the 100-day trial period does not start over if an item is exchanged. Only regular priced items may be refunded, and sale items cannot be refunded.
